Journalism and Public Relations

The Faculty of Journalism and Public Relations, established in 2012, consists of 11 lecturers. 5 of the lecturers are pursuing their master’s degrees at various Asian Universities. The faculty has enrolled 446 students in its two departments and from its establishment, 390 students have been graduated.

The Faculty of Journalism and Public Relation aspires to be a leading educational institution where in professional journalists are trained with Islamic and national attitudes. 

Mission :

The Faculty of Journalism and Public Relations contributes to the society through facilitating professional journalists trained with professional skills, various research methodologies, and modern technology.

Goals :

1. Provide professional journalists and public relations experts to the community who are committed to the religious values and national interests of the community.

2.Persevering effort for the welfare and development of the country and a better future.

3. Establishing constructive relations with national and international universities and the country's press departments.

1 - Department of Journalism :

The Department of Journalism was established in 2014, which has been established within the framework of the Faculty of Journalism and Public Relations. This department continues regular study and office works. In the first class, 37 students enrolled, with 5 experienced professors, carried out all their practical and theoretical lessons.

2- Department of Public Relations :

The Department of Public Relations is a fledgling field in society that has developed within the faculty of Journalism and Public relations. This department started its work in 2014, and continues regular study and office works. In the first class, 40 students enrolled, with 7 experienced professors, carried out all their practical and theoretical lessons.
