The ten-day OBE-SCL workshop for the lecturers of Laghman University successfully concluded.

Following the recommendation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Associate Professor Attaullah Mohammadi, the Director of the Professional Development Center at Kandahar University, and Associate Professor Mohammad Qasim Adel, a lecturer at Helmand University, conducted a ten-day workshop on outcome-based education and student-centered learning for the lecturers of Laghman University in the university’s conference hall.

On the final day of the workshop, Associate Professor Mohammadi from Kandahar University delivered a brief speech, discussing the benefits of the workshop. He expressed willingness to collaborate in organizing similar workshops and seminars in the future. He also thanked all participants for their active engagement.

Following this, Associate Professor Mawlawi Mohibullah Hedayat, the Chancellor of Laghman University, extended his gratitude to the leadership of Kandahar and Helmand universities, particularly to the trainers—Associate  Professor Attaullah Mohammadi from Kandahar University’s Professional Development Center and Associate Professor Mohammad Qasim Adel from Helmand University—for successfully conducting the workshop and sharing valuable content with the participants. He expressed his delight at the successful completion of such an important workshop on outcome-based education and student-centered learning. Additionally, he urged the lecturers to apply the knowledge gained from the workshop in practical settings.

At the end of the event, the leadership of Laghman University presented appreciation certificates to the trainers and letters of gratitude to Kandahar and Helmand universities for their cooperation in sending their lecturers. Certificates of participation were also distributed to all attendees, along with prayers for their future success.

The workshop concluded with a prayer.
