Legal Clinic of Kandahar University

Legal Clinic of Kandahar University was established in 2017 in order to provide practical legal education and skills to Sharia Law and Political Science Faculties students. To achieve its goals, the Legal Clinic has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with judicial and justice organizations. Through thier official documents, senior students of both faculties will be able to participate in practical works of prosecution office during the semester as well as in summer vacation. Furthermore, the legal clinic enhances the ability of students in terms of detection of crimes, criminal description, the manner of making accusation and defense skills, and the manner of decision making in an authorized court at criminal area and other court related procedures. In addition, the clinic trains students in terms of legal ethics in practice so that they do not face practical problems in their field work.
