An online coordination meeting was held with the media representatives of educational institutions

Under the chairmanship of Hafiz Mawlawi Mohammad Hamid Hasib, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Higher Education, an online coordination meeting was held with the media representatives of educational institutions. The meeting was attended by the Director of Information, Publications, and Public Relations of the Ministry, Ministry Spokesperson Hafiz Ziaullah Hashimi, media representatives from all governmental educational institutions in the country, and Nazir Ahmad Qadiri, Director of Publications, Public Awareness, and Relations at Kandahar University.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration emphasized the importance of media and stressed that news should be published accurately and in a timely manner. He stated that all publications should be approved by the relevant authorities and should align with the ministry's publication policy.

Hafiz Engineer Rohullah Rohani, Director of Information, Publications, and Public Relations of the Ministry of Higher Education, advised the media representatives of educational institutions to maintain close relationships with local media outlets and journalists and to transparently share information about educational activities with the public.

Additionally, the meeting highlighted the importance of enriching the websites of universities, discussed existing issues on the websites, and exchanged ideas about solutions. Toward the end, media representatives of educational institutions raised questions regarding their challenges and suggestions, which were addressed by the ministry officials.

This meeting aimed to strengthen the coordination of media activities among educational institutions. The Director of Publications, Public Awareness, and Relations at Kandahar University also participated in the meeting and shared relevant matters with the ministry officials.
