Mohe, British Council and Leicester University have been supporting Afghan universities to implement Academic Program Review (APR) process or Partnership in Academic Learning (PAL5) program in higher education sector. Therefore, British Council has trained Afghan lecturers and named them a National Training Team (NTT) from 29 August- 1 September 2018 in Turkey Istanbul. The NTT is now responsible to prepare APR introductory action plan and held several and continuous workshops and trainings for home as well as affiliated universities.As a result, the NTT members and Quality Assurance, and Enhancement Department (QA&ED) held an APR introductory workshops for lecturers of Kandahar University.
