Regular Leadership Council Meeting Held

A regular meeting of the Leadership Council was held in the Conference Hall of Kandahar University's Academic Council, chaired by the esteemed Chancellor of Kandahar University, Alhaj Sheikh Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Tayebi. All members of the council, faculty deans, departmental heads, and administrative staff were present.

The meeting began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran. Initially, the honorable Chancellor of Kandahar University, Alhaj Sheikh Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Tayebi, welcomed the attendees. He then made recommendations regarding better training for students, ensuring greater transparency in the ongoing examinations, maintaining the organization of the traffic management course at the university, and addressing other relevant matters.

Mr. Tayebi emphasized, "We must thank Almighty Allah for granting us the responsibility to serve in an academic environment where young individuals are trained in various modern and religious fields, and where the system and society place great hopes. Let us therefore fulfill our responsibilities and trust even better and carry out our duties with greater sincerity."

Following this, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Research and Publications, Finance and Administration, and Student Affairs shared updates on their activities with the attendees and highlighted some of their achievements.

Additionally, discussions were held regarding the use of the HEMIS system, upcoming plans for an international conference at Kandahar University, the construction of a study park for students, activating the drip irrigation system within the university, scheduling student transfers to evening faculties and other universities, further advancing academic research, ongoing construction projects within the university, and other important miscellaneous issues. After exchanging views, significant decisions were made on these matters.

The meeting concluded with a collective prayer.
