Professional Examination Conducted for Forty Academic Positions

A professional examination was conducted in the main conference hall of Kandahar University for the recruitment of academic positions in state and private universities and higher education institutions of the Southwest Zone. Out of 180 candidates, 120 were shortlisted for the examination. During the monitoring and evaluation process, officials from Kandahar University, a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, and some officials and professors from the state universities of the Southwest Zone were present.

Before the examination began, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Kandahar University, Associate Professor Dr. Ziaurrahman Meshk Alimzai, assured all participants of the transparency, integrity, discipline, and order of the process. He emphasized that the recruitment of academic staff in universities is based on the candidates' abilities and competencies.

It is worth mentioning that yesterday, an international language (English and Arabic) proficiency test was conducted for the 180 candidates, out of which 120 successfully passed and qualified for the professional examination.
