The Faculty of Education, established in 2002, consists of seventy-two lecturers. Twenty-three of the lecturers have master’s degrees and twenty-eight of them are pursuing their master’s studies and five are pursuing their Ph.D. degrees at various national and international universities. The faculty has enrolled 1959 students in its twelve departments and from its establishment, 2619 students have been graduated. The faculty has strong academic relations with the faculty of Education of Kabul University and have mutual contract of assistance in various academic fields.

Vision: The Education Faculty intends to be a leading faculty on a national scale in training professional teachers and conducting standard researches.

Mission: Training of professional teachers by implementing standard academic curriculum, contemporary teaching methodologies and teaching research skills.
