The Faculty of Agriculture, established in 1990, consists of 34 lecturers. Twenty-two of the lecturers have master’s degrees and four are pursuing their master’s studies at various universities in India, Iran and Malaysia. The Faculty has enrolled 702 students in its six departments and from its establishment, 1158 students have been graduated. The Faculty of Agriculture has strong relations with Afghanistan National Institute of Science and Technology, Directorate of Agriculture and Irrigation and a range of non-government organizations and mutual contracts of assistance in various academic fields.

Vision: Agriculture Faculty will have a high position in training professionals for standardizing agricultural sector at regional and national level.

Mission: An educational, practical and investigating environment, that is prepared with advanced and new technology for providing high quality service to the community.
